Verso and AccessGate

Verso acquired the strategic AccessGate RAN Optimizer division of NMS Communications, including the AccessGate team.  The AccessGate management group will remain with the company and take over responsibility for all of Verso's backhaul optimization business.

As a Verso customer, your AccessGate product investments will be protected and also enhanced with integrated product offerings, new applications and global support resources.  Additionally, many of the AccessGate experts with whom you are already accustomed to working with, are now a part of the expanded Verso sales and technical teams.
