Above and Beyond at Verso

We are only as good as our employees here at Verso. As part of our "Above and Beyond" employee recognition program, we would like to share with you the latest winners in our program:

President's Club Award: Steve Wilkinson, Field Support Engineer

Steve Wilkinson, a field support engineer located in the U.K., is the proud recipient of this quarter’s “President’s Award”. Steve was nominated by Terry Sanderson for his outstanding commitment to helping our customers - where ever they might be located, no matter what the terrain, Steve is there. Terry nominated Steve because he is a team player and goes above and beyond the call of duty to help the customer, no matter where the customer is located in the world!

Gold Award Winner: Erica Zlater, Senior Planner

Erica Zlater, Senior Planner with Verso located at our Madison facility, receives this quarter’s “Gold” status award for her outstanding performance. Erica was nominated by Ulrich Binder and Jeff Richards for her continuing effort to do what it takes to keep the customer happy.

Erica arrives early and works late to accommodate our sales team who are located in most regions of the world. "Erica makes the impossible, possible, in the shortest amount of time possible," says Ulrich Binder, regional salesperson located in Germany. He goes on to say "For me, and others in the field, she is an extraordinary help in terms of customer satisfaction."

Silver Award Winners

Jeff Auguste, engineering support in Jacksonville, receives this quarter’s “Silver Award” for his outstanding performance. Steve Petrosky nominated Jeff for his unwavering ability to help the customer, no matter what the time of day or night. "Jeff's dedication to providing engineer support to our customers is outstanding," says Steve Petrosky.

Kelly Ryan, accounts payable representative in Atlanta, receives this quarter’s “Silver Award” for her continued support and cheerfulness in planning and decorating for corporate events. Kelly was nominated by June Margiotta and Cheryl Afshani. Kelly works her magic for these events during her own time and on a tight budget. Kelly is truly our Verso Cheerleeder!

Mike McKeown, a shipping clerk at our Madison facility, receives a “Silver Award” for his continued efforts in getting our product out the door to customers. “Without Mike, products would not reach the customer on time and the entire Verso business would suffer," says Jeff Richards, who nominated Mike for this quarter's "Above and Beyond" program.
