He has the looks of a school boy, the roots of an international diplomat and a name that sounds deliciously mysterious.While he grew up in Canada to a British mother and Turkish father, Erdem Moralioglu has been going back and forth between New York and London to do internships at Vivienne Westwood and Diane von Furstenberg and pursue his Master’s degree in fashion at the Royal College of Art.

In 2005, the designer launched his own collection, which was met with rave reviews and quickly gathered a devoted following among mortals and celebrities alike. Fun fact: Erdem currently lives with his documentary maker twin sister Sara, who reportedly inspired his fall 2010-11 collection.
