Over 150,000 of their systems are currently installed in table and quick service restaurants, hotels, motels, casinos, leisure and entertainment, and retail operations in more than 130 countries; with complete information management solutions including software, hardware, enterprise systems integration, consulting and support. In addition, the company provides property management systems, central reservation and customer information solutions for more than 15,000 hotels worldwide, as well as point-of-sale and loss prevention products for more than 50,000 specialty retail stores worldwide. The company wanted to centralize reservation data for all its properties with all major hotels booking websites. They turned to Verso to assist with the implementation of the property management system and point-of-sale solution worldwide. The Solution The PMS software implementation consisted of collecting, maintaining and analyzing all guest-related data in a single database which will allow access to guest data stored in the same tables across multiple applications. Verso assisted with implementing the company’s Next–generation restaurant Point-of-Sale complete with integrated payment processing and automatic data transfer to online business intelligence. In addition, Verso added extra team members to ensure that our client needs continue to be our main focus-dedicated Account Manager and two Administrators. Verso’s customer response services include help desk outsourcing- technical and application, 24X7X365 help desk; deployment services-equipment implementation, application training and quality assurance; training and implementation services-application software support, project management resources.
