Online Orders
You have 14 days to return your goods to Verso after delivery.
Return Procedure
- Send an email to webshop@verso.be with the exact reason for your return. Please include pictures and explain why you wish to return the item.
- The item must be unworn, undamaged, and with security tags attached.
- If the tags are removed or the product is damaged, we will not be able to refund you.
Non-Returnable Hygiene Products
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, lingerie bottoms, swimwear bottoms, bodysuits worn without protective hygiene strips, and all SKIMS underwear/intimate products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered, except in case of manufacturing defect.
- Please ensure that all hygiene-sensitive items are tried on over your own underwear.
- Returns of hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened, worn, soiled, washed, or had hygiene seals/tags removed will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Non-Returnable goods
- We do not accept returns for perfume packaging that has been opened.
Order cancellations
- You may annul your order within 14 days of delivery without paying a fine or providing a reason, except for excluded hygiene-sensitive goods as described above. Transport costs for approved returns must be covered by you.
- During the first 14 days after delivery, please handle the product and packaging with care. You may unpack or fit the goods only to the extent necessary to decide whether you want to keep them. Returned goods must be in their original condition, including packaging and accessories.

Once we receive your accepted returned goods, we will refund the full purchase price via the same payment method you used.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
For payments made with Visa or MasterCard, the refund will appear on your next monthly statement.
Additional Information
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For international returns, mark the parcel as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges.
- Verso is not responsible for any return customs fees.
In-Store Purchases (Antwerp & Knokke)
Exchange is possible within 2 weeks for another item or for store credit, provided the item is unworn and the original receipt is presented.
No cash refunds are issued for in-store purchases.
