2. SCOPE

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers on our website and to every distance contract concluded between you as a consumer and Verso NV. A consumer is a natural person who purchases products for non professional and personal use.

We deliver within the European Union and also offer shipping outside the EU. Deliveries outside the EU may require additional time, and certain destinations may be subject to restrictions.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are younger than 18, a parent or legal guardian must place the order on your behalf. If we discover that a minor placed an order, we reserve the right to cancel it.

Placing an order on the website means that you expressly accept these Terms and Conditions.

When you order online, we provide a copy of these Terms and Conditions in a format that you can save or print. Keep this copy for future reference.

If special conditions apply to certain products, those take priority. If the special conditions conflict with these general conditions, the consumer may rely on the provision that is most advantageous to them.


3. OUR OFFER AND YOUR ORDER

If an offer is valid for a limited period or subject to certain conditions, this will always be stated clearly.

We describe our products as accurately and completely as possible and use images that reflect the actual goods. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind us.

A contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email or once the payment provider has approved your transaction.

Payment must be made in the name of the registered cardholder. Orders that do not meet this requirement will not be processed.

To purchase a product, place it in your shopping cart, complete your contact details, select a delivery method, review the summary page, accept these Terms and Conditions, and confirm the payment. Once confirmed, the purchase is final.

Verso sells exclusively to private individuals. Orders for resale or business use are not allowed and may be refused.


4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS FOR ONLINE ORDERS

4.1 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days from the day of delivery, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

The right of withdrawal applies only to products that are eligible for return under our Return Policy.

4.2 Return Conditions and Procedure

All return conditions, exclusions, hygiene restrictions, and practical instructions regarding the return of online orders are set out in full in our dedicated Return Policy page, available on www.verso.be.

By placing an order on this website, you acknowledge and accept the terms of the Return Policy as published on our website at the time of purchase.

Return shipping costs remain at the expense of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

4.3 Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods in accordance with our Return Policy, any approved refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and approval of the returned goods, subject to applicable legal requirements.


5. RETURNS FOR IN STORE PURCHASES

Items purchased in our Antwerp or Knokke stores can be exchanged within two weeks for another product or store credit.

Items must be unworn and must be returned with the original receipt.

Cash refunds are not available for in store purchases.

Please note that hygiene-sensitive products may be excluded from exchange or return in accordance with our in-store return policy.


6. PRICES

Prices stated on the website remain valid for the period indicated, except for changes resulting from adjustments in tax rates.

Prices include VAT and all other applicable taxes. No hidden charges will be added.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and are shown before confirming your order.


7. PAYMENT

Payments are accepted only through the secure payment module on our website. Bank transfers or cash on delivery are not available.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, iDEAL, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Postepay, Cartes Bancaires, Bancontact via Mollie, KBC or CBC Payment Button via Mollie, and Belfius Pay Button via Mollie.

All payment information is transmitted securely using SSL encryption. You can recognize a secure SSL connection by the lock icon in your browser.


8. CONFORMITY GUARANTEE

We guarantee that the delivered products conform to your order and meet normal expectations based on the product description and legal requirements.


9. DELIVERY

Orders are delivered to the address you provide. Delivery is available within the European Union and to select destinations outside the EU.

If your delivery address lies outside Belgium or the Netherlands and you need assistance, contact info@verso.be.

Delivery times are stated in your order confirmation. We usually deliver within one to three business days.

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipments within Belgium are handled by BPOST. Shipments to other countries are handled by DHL. You will receive a tracking link by email before delivery.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will take your package to the nearest collection point, where you can collect it within the stated timeframe.

If the package is not collected and is returned to Verso, we will refund your order after 30 days, minus any additional shipping costs.

If we cannot deliver within the stated timeframe, we will notify you before the expected delivery date. If we fail to do so, you may cancel the order without cost. We will refund your order within 30 days after cancellation.

Information about returns and exchanges is available via info@verso.be.

Outbound shipments are at our risk. Return shipments are at your risk and cost.

If goods arrive damaged, do not match the delivery note, or do not match your order, you must notify us within three days of delivery. Non conforming goods must be returned within 14 days.

Our liability for late delivery or non delivery is limited to the value of the undelivered products.


10. FORCE MAJEURE

In case of force majeure, we are not obligated to fulfill our contractual obligations. We may suspend our obligations for the duration of the event or terminate the contract.

Force majeure includes events beyond our control, such as strikes, fire, business failures, stock discrepancies, power outages, network issues, or delays caused by third party suppliers.


11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the website, such as texts, images, logos, names, and graphics, is protected by intellectual property rights owned by Verso NV or entitled parties.

It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, or modify this content without prior written permission.


12. PRIVACY

Your personal data is handled according to our privacy statement. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you accept the terms of our privacy policy.


13. COMPLAINTS AND APPLICABLE LAW

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you have a complaint, contact us at info@verso.be. We strive to respond within seven days.

All contracts are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp.

In cases where international laws could apply, Belgian consumer protection law will be used for interpretation.
