Shipping policy

  1. All goods are delivered to the address you provide during checkout. 

  2. If your delivery address is outside Belgium or the Netherlands and you need assistance, contact us at info@verso.be

  3. Orders are delivered within one to three working days in the Benelux. Deliveries to all other EU countries typically take at least five working days. For deliveries outside the EU, the delivery time may be longer. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our boutique.

  4. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  5. Orders within Belgium are delivered by Bpost. International orders are shipped via Bpost in collaboration with trusted third party carriers. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  6. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will bring your parcel to the nearest collection point, where you can collect it within the stated timeframe.

  7. If the parcel is not collected within the specified period, it will be returned to Verso. After the parcel is returned, we will refund your order after 14 days, minus any additional shipping costs.

  8. If we cannot deliver within the expected time frame, we will notify you before the original delivery deadline. If we fail to do so, you may cancel your order at no cost. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.

  10. Outbound shipments are at our risk. Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, including transportation and associated costs.

  11. If goods are damaged during transport, do not match the delivery note, or differ from the items you ordered, you must notify us as soon as possible and no later than three days after delivery. Non conforming goods must be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt. Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@verso.be or through your customer account.

We are not liable for consequential damages resulting from late delivery or non delivery by the appointed carrier. Our liability in such cases is limited to the value of the undelivered items.
