The Right Fit

1. Always measure your waist, hips, and bust and use the size guide (don’t guess), as the Seamless Sculpt collection has a unique fit.
2. Shapewear should feel snug and supportive; size up if you prefer more comfort.
3. Put it on carefully and take your time to avoid damaging the fabric, as it can be sensitive to fingernails.

4. Gently stretch and position the material with your hands to ensure everything sits correctly.

How to measure

1. Measure across the over-bust: For bodysuits and shapewear bras, measure around the fullest part of the bust.
   
2. Measure at the narrowest point between the lowest rib and hip bone, usually around the belly button.
   

3. Measure around the fullest part of the hips and buttocks.
